Azmih Junaidi
An Electrical Engineer by profession, graduated from Widener University, Chester, Pennsylvania, USA. A qualified and experienced Quality Management System (QMS ISO 9000) and Environmental Management System (EMS ISO 14000) consultant and certified Lead Auditor Registered to IRCA (UK) and Japan Association of Certificated Auditor (JACO). He is currently the Managing Director of Ekaminda Sdn. Bhd, a Malaysian Training and Consultancy firm incorporated in Sabah. He has 16 years direct working experience in various fields namely Electronics, Manufacturing, CME, Oil and Gas, Telecommunication and Customer Service has groomed him with vast and yet unique knowledge and experience in Business Process Improvement.
Shas firsthand experience in implementing Quality initiatives such as ISO 9000, TQM, 5S, Kaizen and so on in big and Multinational Corporation namely Sony, Petronas and Celcom. He has initiated, facilitated and successfully completed, hundreds of Improvement Projects in various fields by incorporating various Quality Tools and strategies. Azmih has successfully assisted several renowned organizations in getting ISO 9000 certification in both Public and Private sectors which has indirectly made him one of the resource person ISO 9000 in Sabah.
Hailan Abdul Hamid:
Hailan is a Bachelor in Computer Science (Hons) from the University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur. He has with him 13 years experience in IT, and 12 years experience in Training. He had trained countless number of people in Malaysia and Brunei, people from Educational Institution, Private Sectors as well as Government Departments.
Hailan has with him a vast and wide range of experience throughout his career, working with companies such as STC Professional Training Sdn. Bhd., BT Media Technologies Sdn. Bhd./ UMM BTMedia Sdn. Bhd., Multimedia Centre Telekom Training College and Soft-H Multimedia Sdn. Bhd. where he had hold the position as Consultant, Project Manager and Lecturer.
Hailan is the MS Office applications, multimedia and graphics solutions expert. Having been around for about 11 years in the multimedia design line, he has vast experience in using a wide range of software to help him achieve his goals in design. This experience compliments his classes when he conducts the training so he can share a little something extra with his participants.

Haliza Abdul Hamid
Haliza hold a degree in Chemical Engineering from the Lamar University, Texas. She brings with her 18 years of experience in training, and through-out these years she has trained hundreds of factory operators, up to the management team for MNC companies in Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, Thailand and Philippines.
Haliza offers a unique combination of expertise − a blending of human resource, training and facilitation, commercial, information technology, succession planning, corporate communication and people management skills.
Her expertise in HR, particularly in the area of learning and development, had contributed to the success of the establishment and implementation of various HR programs for organizations. These includes establishment of competency framework, succession planning, competency-based Training Needs Analysis, learning design and implementation as well as evaluation of learning effectiveness.
Haliza is also very well-versed with HRDF policies and procedures. She had extensive experience in managing the HRDF fund, along with company's annual budget for learning, in ensuring highest return on learning investment. And in doing so, she has also successfully groomed in-house trainers from the top-notch SMEs (subject matter experts) from various department, and introduce various learning approach to ensure continuous development of employees across the organizations, in South East Asia. Haliza had also been involved in the Succession Planning Committee of which the main aim is to develop and prepare the successors for the key positions in the organization.
Her experience in facilitating and using various tools such as personal assessment tool (HBDI) and talent management tool for leadership competency framework, provide advantage in each program she delivers.
She has extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of the manufacturing and FMCG industry which she gained while serving as senior engineer at Mitsui High-tec and BHP Steel, and through her role as Training & Development Manager, and Communication representative for SCA Hygiene Central and South Asia. She also had the experience of managing a learning center, and had in-depth hands-on learning of IT skills when she was the Operations Manager and the lecturer in the NIIT college.

Harjit Singh
Harjit Singh is a qualified Certified Chartered Accountant (FCCA, UK) has been in the corporate field for the past 16 years (in manufacturing, internet, travel & hospitality (hotel), music and consultancy industry) and in last 8 years, he has consulted and trained on various personal development topics such as Finance for Non Financial personnels, Art of Preparing Business Plan, Project Evaluation & Financing, and other specific agendas for some re-knowned domestic and multinational companies and countless public programs.
Harjit’s latest professional engagement was as part of Senior Management of Ansell Shah Alam S/B (part of Ansell Ltd), one of the world’s largest manufacturer of surgical/exam gloves and condoms. Being with Ansell and prior industries has given him tremendous exposure in many areas of the business and management which he carries and uses as case studies in his training workshops.

Jamilah binti Haron
Jamilah Haron has over 20 years of experience in business process improvement in multiple industries, ranging from high volume manufacturing to transactional and services process improvement. Her expertise in business process improvement are accumulated from three giant multinationals - Sony ,GE Aviation and Johnson Controls Automotive.
Her main area of expertise is in generating cost savings and potential revenue through waste elimination and process improvement utilizing Kaizen, Lean, and Six Sigma methodology. In recent years, her experiences at the 3 multinationals have enabled her to contribute to AmBank Malaysia in becoming the first local bank to successfully deploying Lean and Six Sigma methodology in its Retail Banking business .
The main focus areas that she can help companies are on improving efficiency and effectiveness of processes – through quality improvement (utilizing Basic QC tools, FMEA, Mistake Proofing), and productivity enhancement (applications of Value Stream Mapping, waste elimination, 5S and Visual Management, Pull System, time and motion study and line balancing) .
In services and transactional area, her Lean and Six Sigma experience will help in improving transactional issues like loan processing Turn Around Time (TAT) improvement, reject reduction, rework elimination, invoicing process improvement, documentation management, parts delivery management, and vendor performance monitoring system.

Matzain bin Baniamin
Matzain has a Diploma in Multimedia Technology from UNIMAS, Sarawak Malaysia, and is also certified in Computer Programming from UITM Sabah Malaysia. He has with him a couple of professional ability, namely:-

Matzain started humbly as a Technical Assistant at Telekom Malaysia Bhd. Sabah Malaysia, specializing in Network/System/Database Administration. At Telekom Malaysia Bhd. Sabah he worked with the user on development of the software specification, and he developed his ability to create and document a conceptual and detailed design and write a code based on description of the business logic. He was also given the opportunity to be involved in two Company Projects where Matzain was given the role as a programmer.

Zaifunur’ain Binti Zainal Abidin:
Zaifunur’ain Binti Zainal Abidin (Nur’ain) is a Registered Valuer (V538) and Real Estate Agent (E1557) with the Board of Valuers & Estate Agents, Malaysia. She holds a Bachelor of Business in Property (Distinction) from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT), Victoria, Australia, and is a PSMB-Certified Trainer (TTT/1295). She also holds a Band 3 certification in all modules of the Cambridge Teaching Knowledge Test (TKT).
Nur’ain has been living a life of defying the conventional beliefs and a living example that we can write our own life script. She believes that life is a series of exciting adventures strung together and advocates ‘living in the moment’. She practices the art of finding excitement in all conditions and situations just by changing her mindset, being more creative in looking at ordinary things extraordinarily. She is currently the Principal of NURR Property Consultant, an agency involved in valuation, real estate and property management. Her experience of handling her own company coupled with her last employment heading the Valuation and Property Management Department in the Subang Jaya Municipal Council (MPSJ) gave her the confidence and practical knowledge of the skills she now shares in her trainings.
